Returns are easy:
In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!
How does this work? Simply email us at sales@maztexsupply.com and request for return, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to mention your Order ID in the email.
Till when I can claim this? Please make sure that you send in this request within 30 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 30 days.
Please include following in your email;
- Order Number or Invoice number
- Reason for return
- Total number of items you are returning
How do I send the item back? You will simply courier it back to us. Don’t worry; we will share the details with you when you email.
Refund Policy:
- Please report your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Product has to be in unused condition.
- Product has to be packed in poly bags as it was sent by us, any loose towels returned in the box will not be accepted
- Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fulfilled.
